The 6 days that we spent at Onahau Nature Retreat went in the blink of an eye. Yes its a walk up, but the Kulak team helped us lug some of our gear (which was awesome). The Deck was enclosed and great for our dog. The kids loved the sleep out room with their own ping pong table and fridge. I appreciated the newness, while my hubby appreciated the classic bach feel. We really enjoyed our time there

A fabulous shelter to watch the birds from. Be part of the nearby bush and sea environment - a step further will also allow you access to the Queen Charlotte Track

With fantastic views of the bush and sea- and plenty of sun- you won't want to leave

Just wanted to say that it was great to deal with you and we had a great time. It was great to be able to take my dog along too - she had a great time. I have already been back on your site looking at the next place to go! The guys at Sounds Storage were great too - especially dropping off the car for us which made it so easy to get off the water taxi and be on our way.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the nature retreat. The retreat was the perfect relaxed atmosphere for our Easter break and we enjoyed hanging out on the deck with the sun beating down on us everyday. The retreat was really warm and had excellent facilities and nothing was ever a hassle. Surrounded by thick native bush, it was such an ideal place to get away from the city. Beautiful views across Misletoe bay and Onahau too. Had a crack at part of the Queen Charlotte track which is not far behind the retreat and also provided superb views of the QC and Kenepuru Sound. We were also lucky enough to run into Killer Whales and Bottle Nosed Dolphins in the bay. Thanks to Kathie for organising it and meeting us to help lug our gear up to the bach. Thanks to the owners for letting it out too
